On October 5th, at 2 a.m., I received a message from a prominent eyewear retailer in her region. She reached out to inquire if we could design custom eyewear cases, cleaning cloths, and color packaging boxes. Fortunately, we had previous experience with similar projects, so I confidently shared this with her.
Once she sent over her design files, I immediately forwarded them to our design team. Within a short time, we provided her with a 3D model and draft artwork for reference. She was highly impressed with our responsiveness and dedication, and on October 8th, she decided to proceed with sample production.
Upon receiving the sample on October 25th, she expressed satisfaction with the quality. Just two days later, on the 27th, we signed a contract for 5,000 units. Even more meaningful was her promise to entrust all future eyewear case orders to me and our company.
This partnership represents a mutual understanding and trust, something that can’t be built overnight. I am deeply grateful for her support and confidence in us, and I am committed to continuously delivering excellence.
