1. Order Preparation by Business Specialists
The business specialist at the backpack factory receives the proofing order and provides a detailed sample production request based on customer specifications. They work closely with the pattern room experts and technical staff to discuss the design and technical requirements, ensuring that a comprehensive sampling plan is established to meet the client’s needs.
2. Pattern Creation and Material Procurement
Once the sampling plan is confirmed, the pattern master prepares technical line drawings and cuts different parts of the design into paper patterns. Simultaneously, the procurement specialist sources and purchases the required materials based on the sampling plan, ensuring all necessary supplies are ready for sample production.
3. Material Cutting
Following the pattern master’s paper grid, the material cutting specialist carefully cuts the primary fabric, accessories, and additional materials needed for the sample. This ensures all cut materials adhere to the exact requirements of the pattern specifications.
4. Sample Assembly
Once the materials are prepared, the pattern makers sew together the various components according to the proofing program, assembling the sample backpack in line with the specified design and functional requirements.
5. Finishing and Packaging
After assembly, the pattern maker cleans and packages the backpack sample, preparing it for presentation. The finished sample is then sent to the client for review and confirmation.
